Mixer
By means of streamlined design, the contact area between the mixing arm and the material increases, and the blades on the two shafts work in a convective state, thus effectively forming the shear and diffusion of particles.
Biaxial agitation without gravity can prevent the separation of material and greatly improve the mixing efficiency. Ordinary mortar can mix the material more than 90% evenly in 30 seconds.
Metering System
● Accurate raw material measurement-----The cement powder is metered by a screw conveyor, and the sand material is metered by a precise metering valve. The powder admixture is controlled by a unique ultra-fine 114 screw machine with a suitable frequency converter.
● All weighing electrical components of each weighing hopper adopt a joint venture brand
● It has excellent anti-interference, anti-impact and anti-electromagnetic performance, and the measurement accuracy of admixture can reach ±0.5%.
Dryer
It can make full use of the waste heat, reduce the heat loss, increase the heat exchange area, and greatly improve the evaporation intensity per unit volume of the dryer, thus effectively improve the utilization rate of the heat energy and reduce the energy consumption. The thermal efficiency of the three-barrel dryer is greatly improved.
Compared with the single-cylinder dryer with the same efficiency, the thermal efficiency is improved by about 50%, and the energy consumption is saved by more than once; and compared with the double-cylinder dryer with the same efficiency, the thermal efficiency is improved by about 25%, and the energy consumption is saved by more than 50%.
Sand Making System
