Hollow glass microsphere production line perlite is used for producing dry mortar, it main consists of the following parts:
sand dryer and screen, material store silo, screw conveyor, weighing system,bucket elevator, mixer, end product silo, packing machine and stacker, dust collector and control system. The productivity is 10-100T/h.
Hollow glass microsphere production lineDry mortar is carefully proportioned blend of high quality materials including cement, lime, gypsum, well-graded dry sand and selected admixtures, such as polymer powder, cellulose ether, pigment and related additives.
Dry powder mortar production line produced in the factory and delivered to site in small bag, jumbo bag or a silo complete with mixing equipment. When delivered, the silo contains 16t of dry material which produces about 11m3 of mortar. Dry powder mortar production line can hold up to 35t when refilled by tanker.
