Main Features of Feed Storage Bins:
The composition of cement silo includes steel structure part, ladder, guardrail, feeding tube, dust collector, pressure relief valve, high and low material evel meter, discharge valve, etc.
1. The dust removal system The top of cement silo is equipped with an electric dust removal device which can effectively absorb the suspended particles in the warehouse and reduce the pollution to the surrounding environment.
2. The arch breaking device The under cone part of cement silo is provided with inflatable arch breaking device. The gas control box is located in the small electromagnetic reversing valve to control the release of compressed air and the broken arch of various kinds of cement powder thereby avoiding clogging or packing.
3. The material level device Cement silo is equipped with material level device. The material level device of cement silo can sense the material storage height. The material level system can also display the location and number of materials clearly.
