The cement silo is usually used with dry mortar mix plant and concrete batching plant to store bulk material. such as cement, sand, stone powder, mineral powder, chemical powder, vairous powder, fine granular materials, fly ash, fine ore, dry mortar, etc… It is featured by rain and dampness resistant, and easy to use, etc. The accessories of the cement silo are dust remover, discharge valve, level indicator, pressure relief valve, steel structure parts, ladder, guardrail and so on.

Convenient transportation & space saving
Each part of silos are packed into parcels to reduce the loading time and save the space.No matter what size of silo, it can be transported easily, what's more if the silo is not big, one truck can load many silos, which reduce the freight significantly.bolted connection silo can be easily put into containers and exported around the world, not via bulk cargo.
Strong and effective sealing structure
1. Fastened by bolts, the special sealing can be compressed to 1mm from 5mm in thickness, so that all gap can be filled through the strong resilience. It can bear high temperature of 200℃ and can keep long-term sealing effect in the wild.
2. After Special seal is compressed, a small gap in the silo is left, together with our clever structural design, after filling in the first batch material into silo, the dust will get into small gap, which can realize self-sealing effect.
3. Outside of silo, we also coat a layer of liquid glue on the special seal, it can avoid moisture penetrating into the silo for long time in rainy season.
1. Adopts twin shaft concrete mixer with good performance as the supporting mainframe. It has the features of fast mixing speed, wide mixing scope and high mixing effects.
2. “Click to supplement” technology obtained the national patent has been adopted to ensure the dynamic weighing accuracy to±1%
3. The pneumatic conveying unit obtained the national patent has been used to weigh and convey additive, thus totally avoid producing bad quality concrete due to the inappropriate admixture amounts.
4. It is equipped with touch screen, microcomputer, two sets of operation systems, three working patterns(manual operation, semi-automatic operation, automatic pattern) to make the system perform reliably.
