2. Working principle of Mine Crushing Equipment Rock Stone Crusher Plant:
This series stone crusher adopt curvilinear extrude style: The motor drive triangle belt transfer the power to the belt pulley,the belt pulley drive the eccentric shaft let the moving jaw move around the eccentic shaft,thus make the whole jaw move up and down.The angle between toggle plate and moving jaw increases when moving jaw moves up,thus push the moving jaw approach the fixed jaw. at the same time the material is cut and crushed.the angle between toggle plate and moving jaw decrease when moving jaw go down,the moving jaw away from the fixed jaw under the effect of pull rod and spring . at the moment , the broken material discarged from the outout. the jaw crusher do regular movement to broke and discharge materials with the continuous movement of motor.
