1. Mind Raymond Mill is suitable for processing various non-flammable and explosive mineral materials with Mohs hardness less than 9.3 and humidity less than 6%.
2. It is widely used in metallurgy, construction, chemical industry, mining, highway construction, etc. The particle size of the final powder size can be adjusted between 50 and 325 mesh (315-45 microns).
3. Examples of processed materials include quartz, feldspar, barite, calcite carbonate, limestone, talc, ceramics, iron ore, corundum, bauxite, phosphate rock, coal, etc. There are about 400 materials in total.
1. The jaw crusher crushes the large materials to the required particle size, and then is transported by the bucket elevator to the storage hopper, and is evenly and continuously sent to the host for grinding by the vibrating feeder.
2. The pulverized dust flows from the blower to the classifier. After being classified, the particles that meet the fineness enter the cyclone separator through the pipeline and are collected and separated there.
3. They are discharged at the discharge valve and become the finished product; the air flow is sucked into the blower by the return pipe on the top of the cyclone collector.
4. The entire airflow system is sealed and circulates under positive and negative air pressure.
1. Raymond mill is vertical and takes small room. It is an independent production system from feeding material to final product.
2. Fineness of final product is even and the passing rate can be up to 99%, which is incomparable by other mills.
3. The transmission device of the main frame uses close gear and pulley, which runs smoothly and stably.
4. The important part is made by qualified steel and wearing parts by high qualified wearable material.
5. As the electric control system is centralized, no people are needed in operating room, and it is easy to maintain.
